1. We’ll send you a proposal containing specifications regarding your project.
2. If you accept the proposal, we’ll ask you to make an initial 50% deposit for your project via PayPal invoice (no need to have PayPal account; can be paid by credit card and is convenient for bookkeeping if you’re ordering for your company) or wire transfer if you prefer.
3. When you make an initial deposit, we will ask you to fill out our quick customer questionnaire about your business/product/service in order to prepare the creation process for your videos. Also, it is where you can upload your business logo, colour palette and other related things.
4. In the creation process, we split your videos into these 4 categories:
- Brand Reels (Highlighting your Shop & Brand/Business)
- Product/Service Reels (Showcasing your Products/Services)
- Reals in Reels (Introducing your unannounced heroes, your staff)
- Sales & Offers (Showcasing product launches, sales and seasonal offers)
That’s based on our proven short-form video formula.
5. Every short-form video will be sent to you for approval (revision amount depends on the package you’ve bought).
6. When you accept the videos (preview version), we’ll ask you to make the final 50% payment.
7. After your payment, we’ll share the final video with you.
Turnaround time?
Turnaround time for 1 short-form video (15 seconds to 1 min.) is around 24hr-48hr from start to finish.
The total time is affected by the package selected (hence the number of videos), the revisions you need to make and your response time.
